A Sunday with cancelled plans can be savior after a long week (and boy, was it). In such situations, I enjoy nothing more than sleeping in, watching HGTV marathons, having no desire to wear makeup, and finishing the day off with comfort style meal with family or friends.
On lazy Sunday, a winter hat (hometown champs!) and your favorite pair of sunnies is all you need…once you finally change out of your pajamas, that is.
As much as I've enjoyed the hibernation, I can't wait until we ditch the layers and become barefoot in the grass once again. If we get another flake of snow here, we will no longer be able to access our mailbox…Time to teach Grandma the importance of Gmail, I suppose.
