Adventure is Out There

Adventure is out there...One of our favorite movie quotes. Charles Muntz, explorer. When I get big, I'm going where he's going. South America. It's like America, but south.”

It's the notion that you can find excitement anywhere. Whatever the journey is, there's exploring to be had, whether it's a trip across the country or a simple picnic in the park. Too many of our days are dictated by to-do lists and appointment reminders...it's about time we turn on our out of office message, even if there's no destination in mind.

We took our own advice and threw an
impromptu picnic in the park. So often, we have to schedule activities together weeks in advance but on this gorgeous summer night, we decided to forgo all of life's plans and find our own adventure. No extravagant details or pre-planning...just some delicious summer fruit, cheese and a spicy bottle of red

In the past, we may have been known to select a bottle of wine based on its label and this love affair began in all too familiar way. We love the mid-19th century flying machine graphic that accompanies the brand name, as it truly matches the mission behind the Seeker...find your sense of adventure.

Beyond the label, the taste was wonderful...This Malbec comes from a long line of wines from all over the world, each lovingly crafted by a different family winery. Even better, the brand is globally conscious...They use lightweight glass which is recycled and recyclable and locally-sourced packaging materials wherever possible. We already feel good because red is good for our hearts (don't tell us differently!) but now we're also doing our part to protect the earth. Win win!
