In honor of my family's annual St. Patricks Day party, I made thin mint puppy chow, a recipe I found on Pinterest and have been salivating over for weeks. Lately, I have a huge crush on everything mint (color AND flavor) including peppermint patties and everyone's favorite Girl Scout cookie, thin mints so I couldn't wait to try this. The recipe was super easy and turned out awesome...the mint m&m's were the perfect addition.
