These Are a Few of our Favorite....Lip Colors

As two girls of very different heights, we can't always make each piece of clothing shareable but one thing we never have a problem trading are our favorite lip colors. In our mind, a great lip color is just as important as your favorite pair of shoes or statement necklace because one swipe of color can actually change your mood. Even if you don't have other make up on (though mascara is still always a must!), you can still look and feel put together.

So yes, it's true...we are self-proclaimed beauty junkies, always on a mission to define our signature lip color — everyone has a shade that never fails to flatter and make them feel instantly gorgeous...

Here are a few of our current favorite shades:

Butter London // Colors: Loved up, Toff
Bobbi Brown // Colors: Blue Raspberry, Rose Blossom

Because Lisa Is OBSESSED with Leopard

You may have seen me in leopard print before. Perhaps it was this post. Or maybe this one. Or it could have been this one. Either way, the results are in, I am officially obsessed with leopard print! Here is what I wore for a Sisters Marie meeting:

I love everything about this outfit. Everything. I especially love that I ventured away from my standard red/leopard/black/gold combo. This was out of my box and yet so me all at the same time. Love outfits like that! The meeting was awesome and we have big things in store. Be excited! We are!

Because We Got Dressy at the Lake

Weekends at the lake generally consist of eating, boating, golf cart rides, game playing (block head anyone?), smores by the fire, and lots of relaxing. This time around we switched things up and had a dressy day:

Bobbi Brown Event

This weekend we were invited by the lovely ladies of Style Juncture to test out the new fall makeup line from Bobbi Brown at the 900 shops on Michigan. Not only did we get to chat with some adorable bloggers but we all got our makeup done and came home with some great new colors that we can't wait to transition into the cooler weather.
