I live for outdoor workouts -- actually, just being outdoors in general. If it's even remotely decent weather, I always feel guilty sitting indoors and will try to find a way to escape to nature. even if it's just for a half hour on my lunch break at work. It's especially excited when it's unexpected -- During our week of 70's in February, my husband and I decided last minute to drive up to our lake house and get in our first lake walk of the season. I was so pleased to leave my jacket at home and walk the 4 miles to our lunch spot in just this zip up hoodie, my new favorite workout piece. It's lightweight with  zip pockets and thumb holes, which is perfect if your hands get cold. I also wear these ventilated leggings for almost every workout now...I love the mesh panels and there's an invisible zipper in the back.

These days, rigorous walks are my go-to for getting in 30 minutes of exercise a day, though I definitely miss my regular hot yoga classes and long runs. I look forward to working those back into my routine after the little bean safely arrives...and of course, long walks around the park with the stroller, husband and pup :)
