Warm Weather Plaid

Just because the weather is finally warming up does not mean it's time to put the plaid away. Sure you can keep your regular plaid tops from winter and tie them around your cutoffs and tees, but you can also style long cardigan tops too!

This plaid is great because you can button it up and it gives you an entirely different look. It has slits on the the sides so it can't be a dress, but you can pair it over cutoffs or any shorts for that matter for a fun summer look. It's anything but ordinary and what's not to love about that?

On this day I decided to wear my plaid top with skinny jeans, a tank top, and heels. Or as my hubby would say, like Punky Brewster would wear it! ;)

It was rainy and humid so braids were the only option for hair. Toss on some fun gold jewelry, mint bag,  my favorite wooden watch, and I was good to go to lunch at Pier 290 with the family.
